16.05.2024 — Jumis Personāls version release notes

Summary of changes in this release:

• Change of salary rates within the month;
• New history event – salary rate change;
• Import of working hours from Excel spreadsheets;
• Workplace accident – calculation changes;
• Connection to EDS using a VID API certificate;
• Attaching documents to history events in the Personnel and Self-Service portal.

Functionality introduced in previous versions:

• Automatic declension of names and surnames in the employee card;
• PIT calculated for resident income with code 1018 in the payment list will be included in the employer's declaration;
• A new code has been added to the income code list – 3068 – Employer-paid tuition fees for an employee's higher education.
• Automatic posting of payment lists and synchronization of entries to Jumis.

 Updates for the local version of Personāls are no longer provided as the version is no longer maintained.
